Since being named ‘Best New Group’ by The Advertiser ‘Oscarts’ in 2006, The Kegelstatt Ensemble has generated an ever-expanding pool of gifted and passionate young musicians who are able to work together joyfully and fruitfully in bringing great chamber music to life.
We take our name from a trio by Mozart — the first to unite a single wind, string and keyboard instrument and place them on equal footing. Join us in 2010 for a journey through the magnificent chamber works of Johannes Brahms.
